Who is responsible for your data
The data described below is handled by Mike's Tailor Samui, the tailoring atelier at 19 Fisherman Village, Moo 1, Bo Put, Ko Samui, Surat Thani 84320, Thailand. For any question or request about your personal data, call us or message us on WhatsApp at +66 63 395 9327.
What this site collects
This website has no contact form and no user accounts. Only the hotel pickup widget sends anything to a server.
The hotel pickup form collects the name of your hotel or villa, the date and time you would like to be collected, and the type of garment you are interested in. It does not ask for your name, e-mail address or telephone number. Taken together, the hotel and the date can identify you indirectly, so we treat these requests as personal data. They are stored in our booking database and deleted 6 months after the requested pickup date.
The atelier assistant answers from a fixed set of pre-written replies. Your message is processed in memory to choose a reply, it is never stored, and it is never passed to a third party.
The WhatsApp buttons open a conversation in WhatsApp. The site itself records nothing when you use them; whatever you send next is covered by WhatsApp's own terms.
A functional cookie named NEXT_LOCALE remembers the language you are reading in. It holds only a language code, lasts for the browser session, and is required for the site to work.
Cookies and third-party services
Nothing in the advertising and map rows below is loaded before you allow it. Before your choice, this site sends no request to Google at all.

Legal basis and withdrawing consent
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act, advertising and the map are loaded on the basis of your consent, and the pickup request on the basis of the service you asked for. You can change your cookie choice at any time through the Cookies link at the bottom of every page. A choice, whether you accept or decline, is remembered for 12 months, after which you are asked again.
Your rights
You may ask to see the data held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us on WhatsApp at +66 63 395 9327 and we will answer as quickly as we can. Because pickup requests carry no name, please tell us the hotel and date you used so that we can find the right record.
